Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Lemonade ("the software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Lemonade on up to 3 devices simultaneously. This license is for personal or commercial use by the individual purchaser only.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share your license key with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software to build a competing product
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

4. Updates

Your license includes all future updates to Lemonade at no additional cost. Updates are delivered automatically through the in-app updater or manually via download from the GitHub Releases page.

5. Ownership

Lemonade and all intellectual property rights therein remain the exclusive property of the developer. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lemonade is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Lemonade, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Lemonade after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
